How to tell us exactly where you are
A precise location is the biggest thing that gets a truck to you sooner.
On a highway
Look for the small green mile marker posts on the shoulder. Tell us the number and which way you were heading, for example “I-25 southbound, mile 141.”
Near an exit
Give us the number on the last exit sign you passed, or the one coming up.
In town
The two closest cross streets are enough. A business you can see works too.
From your phone
In Google Maps or Apple Maps, tap the blue dot and share your location by text. The form above can add it for you.
Weak signal
Note the last mile marker you passed. A text can go through on a weak signal when a call drops.
Where we come to you
We are a service-area business with no storefront: the truck comes to you. Pick your city for roads, arrival times and local questions.

Questions about contacting us
What is the fastest way to reach Ed First Towing?
Call (719) 964-2490. The owner answers at any hour, in English or Spanish. If you can’t talk, text the same number.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your exact location (or nearest cross streets), your vehicle's make and model, and where you'd like it towed to, if you already know. The more detail you give, the faster we can quote and dispatch.
Do you respond to texts as fast as phone calls?
Yes. If we're already on a tow and can't pick up, send a text — we reply as soon as we're free, usually within a few minutes.
Can I send my location by text?
Yes. Use the form on this page: tap “Use my location” and it adds a map link to your message. Or share your location from Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Do you have an address I can visit?
No. Ed First Towing is a service-area business with no storefront. We come to you anywhere in our service area, from Colorado Springs and Fountain to Pueblo, Denver and Cañon City.
Can I book a tow in advance instead of calling right now?
Yes. Call or text with your preferred date and time and we’ll schedule it — just note that emergency calls always take priority for exact arrival windows.
